New GLP Training Workshops; Excerpts-Sharing in the Fun of Learning
Before our GLP Training workshops we conducted recently in California, I had a number of concerns, including meeting our attendees information expectations. Our instructor, Celeste Rose, had developed a number of "real-life" group application team exercises that we were trying for the first time. How would it all work out?
We never expected to have such a fun time in the process...
Attendees Learned and Laughed
Attendees developed a camaraderie among themselves when they participated as teams in group application exercises (especially in the Jeopardy game), got to know one another through working on small group application activities and asked a number of questions throughout.
Our group real-life problem-solving sessions provided attendees insight on how other companies addressed common GLP-related issues. As we later learned, this proved to be an invaluable benefit for them.
According to our attendees, our instructor Celeste Rose, GLP Subject Matter Expert, effectively communicated her knowledge through her approach of referencing "real-life" examples and group application exercises-the end result being attendees would overwhelmingly (100%) recommend future enKap GLP training workshops.
So, as we continue to learn about our attendees information needs and add new topics to our training workshop schedule, Celeste Rose, President of RoseTECH Consulting, in conjunction with enKap, will be offering three GLP Training Workshops in the greater Boston area, June 8-10, 2010. Two of the workshops are new offerings.
