Expanding our Learning Community on LinkedIn

enKap is proud to announce that we have started two groups on linkedin. GMP Training CONTENT and Computer Validation CONTENT–why? We’ve been active on linkedin.for about five weeks now, and during that time, we joined several industry groups; and connected with many industry pros worldwide. With over 40 million people currently using linkedin., it is an amazing universe of contacts that participate in this networking site.

We found that the premise of linkedin.of networking with people you want to either contact, or get to know better is solid. However, in most groups, where individuals can post discussions of current topics, they are really not discussions at all. Discussions are dominated in most part by hordes of recruiters posting their employment positions they’re trying to fill. So the Q& A aspect of linkedin. is extremely limited. We have posted a couple of content discussions on CAPA and Complaint Handling, and got some valuable discussion started.

So we’ve decided that our strategy on linkedin.is to create CONTENT groups. Content will be derived from enKap’s Subject Matter Content Library, as well as FDA’s website. We will post enKap’s “how to” instructional guides, SOPs, checklists, and links to documents that industry pros can utilize to be more effective in their current job responsibilities.

We will also post draft papers for upcoming issues of Computer Validation Digest,which makes its debut in September. Group members will be encouraged to participate in this open ended peer-review process.

We’re also using the Computer Validation CONTENT group as a source to invite authors to submit articles for our of Computer Validation Digest,which makes its debut in September. If you are interested in contributing an article, here is the link to our author guidelines. We’re offering published authors a complimentary one-year subscription.

To date, the response to our groups has been exciting! enKap members will receive the same documents as our linkedin groups, so there is no need to duplicate your efforts in joining the groups.
