Accept or Reject? Enforcement of enKap’s Exclusive Learning Community

Over the past 10 days, since our company’s launch, we’ve had a number of quality professionals from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers provide profiles, and be accepted into enKap’s growing learning community. We take your participation as a confident vote that we will provide inherent value down the road with our promise of quality content and other benefits. We greatly value your confidence in us.

How is our learning community exclusive? Well, we just won’t accept anyone. We reject more applicants than we accept. Recruiters or business development types from consulting firms whose job it is to get business from you and your company will be categorically rejected for membership. Any consultant is free to apply, however, they are required to send us their CV to complete the approval process. We’re interested in their work background, including which pharma or device companies, or even FDA, they may have worked for in the past.

We at enKap truly value you, the quality professional in FDA regulated industry. Our learning community is designed to provide exclusive regulatory compliance information that you can apply to your job responsibilities. Your time is valuable. In business, its your most precious commodity. So we’re trying to give you the biggest bang for your time buck.

As one website or publication cannot serve all of the information needs of an industry, we have had conversations with a small number of ethical-related business information providers, including online training providers, consultants and website information sites, discussing how we can all work together and share resources. Our goal is to help form a training and educational platform portal that will not only save you time in searching for exclusive content, but will help raise the bar for industry best practice in manufacturing the safest and most effective medicines for the consumer. We’re not sure what form this will take, but we will keep you posted on our progress.

Sharing information and networking resources is the lifeblood of our learning community. It is the rich soil where knowledge is planted, nourished and grown. Web 2.0 social media technology embraces this concept. Our website, the center of our growing, vibrant community, needs to be fed with information, by you, our most valued colleague, the quality professional, so our legacy of learning and shared experience for the next generation can begin.
